Ready to apply?  Here’s what you need to know:

• All potential occupants age 18+ and guarantor/co-signers must apply.
• A non-refundable $40 Application Fee + $5 Service Fee must be paid by credit card.
• A background and credit screening will be performed.
• A Landlord Reference will be requested.
• A valid U.S .Govn’t photo ID is required (ex: driver’s license, US Passport, US VISA, state issued ID, US military ID).
• Three months of your most recent pay stubs are required.  If relocating or starting a new job, an Intent to Hire letter is required.  A 1099 is required if you are self-employed.

We often receive multiple applications for each property.  We process all submitted applications to select the most qualified applicant. Apartments will only be reserved upon payment of the full Security Deposit.
